A second set of doors open to another more sheltered, enclosed terrace where you can relax, a gate then takes you to the rear enclosed, raised sloping lawned garden, perfect for dogs and children to play. Enjoy meals in the dining room, the large bay windows really make the most of the wonderful views over the bay and out to sea. The cottage style fitted kitchen leads out to a useful utility room and outside toilet, ideal for drying wet suits and walking gear.
Conveniently situated with all the shops, pubs and restaurants of Saundersfoot, only a few minutes’ walk down the hill below you. Spend your days on the glorious sandy beach, ideal for water sports and walking enthusiasts. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore the glorious coastline, head west to the medieval walled town of Tenby with its picturesque harbour, as well as a range of shops, pubs and restaurants set down its quaint cobbled streets. A boat trip either fishing or to visit Caldey Island should not be missed, sample its unique peaceful atmosphere as it is home to Cistercian monks. Alternatively, head east via tunnels, a relic of Saundersfoot industrial mining past to more beautiful beaches of Coppet Hall, Wiseman’s Bridge and Amroth. Many have beachside restaurants where you can refuel ready for the return journey. Coast Restaurant on the neighbouring beach comes highly recommended for that special celebration or enjoy a spa treatment in the St Brides Hotel nearby, although nothing can quite beat a glass of wine while soaking up the spectacular views from your terrace at White Sails itself.
